Computerware charges a $45.00 diagnostic fee for non-warranty service, which will be applied toward the repair of the equipment. Units under warranty with no trouble found will be charged $45.00. Although we do everything we can to protect your data, we cannot be held responsible for data lost during the repair process. Data recovery is a 1 hour minimum charge of $90.00. Repairs are guaranteed for 30 days from delivery date. Labor rates are $90.00 per hour, with one hour minimum. We bill 15 minute increments thereafter.
